    Need help in creating a primary partition on inspiron 6400 preloaded with vista!

    I have an inspiron 6400 which came with four primary partitions
    1 dell utilities 55mb
    2 recovery 10gb
    3 os 137gb
    4 dell media direct 2gb
    I would like to install even xp on this system with out loosing vista for which i need to make a primary partition but all 4 primary partitions are filled as above.Any one please help me in which partition to delete to make a new primary partition for xp?

    Hmm try to make use of Acronis Disk Director Suite which will help you pretty much in partitioning without losing any data ;)
