    I am thinkin to buy a DELL notebook and my budget is around $1200-$1300(CAD).I saw the refurbished pc's and thought of buying one..but they said they dont sell it outside usa.After little research this is the best deal,i could find...a DELL INSPIRON 2200.

    As far as I know, Dell doesn't release coupons for Canada. If you are looking for a basic notebook, that would be good for you. It really just depends on your uses. We have a sticky in hardware that gives you a list of questions. You can post your answers in the hardware section and get several suggestions.

    I work as a Java Developer and I need it for office and programming/development use...no games/multimedia stuff..I would ask this in the h/w section then.
