I ordered a new pc on 7/6/12. Shipping was estimated 7/13/12. I just received an email today saying tha it has now been pushed out to 7/18/12. Called dell order support but unfortunately someone In India or somewhere answered the phone. Hard to understand and no assistance whatsoever. Do I just cancel the order and buy from another manufacturer?
Also. What about follow up customer assistance. Will I not be talking to someone in the us?
What should I do. Cancel it. Or wait it put. You get to decide. And I'll blog about my experience.
