This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    I have a dell inspiron 1721 with windows vista. My laptop comes with an integrated webcam. I have tried to use it but it wont work. I would like to use it to chat with people on msn messager. but i can't get it to work. The laptop is new to me. Is there something im not doing right or am i subpost to install something.

    Please help me.
