Like the topic says.
I am getting my outlet XPS 15 replaced due to a dent on the lid (it wasn't a scratch and dent, and I figured they would have just sent a tech to replace the lid, but hey). Anyways, I logged into my dell account today and I see a new order has been shipped. But when I click on the order number it errors out. I was able to get the service tag a round about way. And according to the service tag it is not a XPS 15, but a 15z..... Pretty irked they never sent me a email/call with what they were replacing it with.
I am not opposed to the 15z (who knows I may like it more). It needs to be LOADED though. But I cannot figure out how to pull up the specs of the laptop.
Any help would be wonderful.

Thank you, I figured it out. Really nice configuration, but I guess the 15z only comes with a dual core i7. I got it today, and was planning on really checking it out before sending this or my original XPS 15 back. But in my inspection of the 15z the chassis right above the cd slot is dented, which made the little bit of silver trim not seat properly. Put it back in the box before even turning on.
On the phone with Dell now. First person told me to return both systems, and I can place a new order. Which I am fine with, but I placed my original order with a 20% off coupon. On hold for 20 minutes and counting....
Need help. Anyway to check laptop config, with just a service tag or order number?
