    I recently recieved my xps m1530. I was playing a game on it and suddenly the screen display scrambles like if u are playing a scratched vcd and the laptop freezes on restarting the laptop has stoped booting the bios loads and then the lappy restarts i tried the diagnost but dint work please help me!!

    No i cant the screen just flashes and there its loading the bios again

    Why are you not contacting customer support with this problem? The online chat option is fast and very efficient, While people here are a resource the sooner you logged into the system with a problem the better and maybe you might even find support helpful :). Secondly if by recently you mean under 21 days you should really be talking to Dell incase you want to send the whole thing back.

    Bingo! It always amazes me why some people always come here first looking for someone else to troubleshoot their problem when they should be calling Dell first.

    Yes there are many bright and helpful people here, but 9 times out of 10, any serious issue will require Dell to resolve.
