You can edit the boot.ini file to remove the option you don't want. There's another way to do it, but I can't remember how.

Go to My computer, and C:\. Then click "Tools" and go to "Folder Options" Go to the tab "View" and click "Show hidden files and folders" and uncheck "Hide protected operating system files". Click apply, and close the folder options window. On C:, there should now be a file called "boot" the icon is a notepad with a gear. Right click the file, and click "Properties" Uncheck the "Read-Only" box. Double click to open in notepad. Under the third line where it says [operating systems] are your 2 choices at that menu. Look through the lines carefully, and in the "" are what is says at the menu. So delete the line you don't want, save, exit, Make the file read-only again, and hide the files again.
