Ok so my city is getting free city wide coverage Miami Beach contracted with IBM. City wide should be about 3MBps. But heres the catch it only goes up to the 2nd floor by contract only. I am on the 3rd. IBM will install repeaters for taller buildings but that costs extra per building and the city does not pay for that.

So I need to get some type any type of WiFi antenna long cable hang it out my window so I can catch this signal. what type can I buy where do I even hook it up??
