    I REALLY need my laptop before the 29th at the LATEST, it's a gift for my girlfriend and I would be very upset to have to wait over 2 months. Someone console me.

    What did you order and when did you order it?

    I ordered on 8/3. My ESD wast 9/4, but they did not meet that. It is now 9/27. I have a Spring Green 1520.

    If you ordered a safe color Inspiron (black and white) or even a Vostro, you might make your ship date. Otherwise, there might be a delay.

    ... good luck... I'm still waiting... I ordered in July... hopefully u got her a nice BLACK or WHITE laptop otherwise... I'd say... don't hold your breath..

    You're probably going to need a backup plan since were talking D-E-L-A-Y-S. Just go to the nearest electronic store and get a comparable laptop if this ones late, or better yet, head to a jewelry store. "Diamonds are truly a girls best friend." ;)
