Does Dell have any plans on releasing an updated version of the Inspiron 600M anytime soon?

Thanks. The reason why I was asking was that I liked the size of the 600M, neither too small nor too large, but was hoping for something that could take advantage of the new technology out there. For instance, the Toshiba Tecra M3 is roughly the same size, but also has options for an NVDIA 6600, DDR2 RAM (though I hear this may not be what it's cracked up to be), and a 7200rpm hard drive. Are there any other comparable notebooks like that currently, or soon to be, available. Dell's D610 immediately comes to mind, but it only has a X300.

fujitsu has a 14.1 form factor notebook, but it's an integrated vid card i believe. there's also the t42/3. if your not averse to macs, the ibook has a 14" form factor as well.
