We received a new D620 last week and there is a new function key combo that can be used fn + right arrow key. The image on the key a light over a keyboard it doesn't appear to do anything even with the latest quickset install off the dell website. I'm wondering if any of you know what this might be for? A d620 that we received a few weeks before this one did not have the marking on the key.

    Thanks!

How is the screen on your new D620?

Do you get limited viewing angle also?

Maybe Dell's incorporating something akin to the Thinkpad Thinklight on the next series of Latitudes?

chong67 - The viewing angle is good. It is better from side to side than looking down from above the screen.

I use a Dell 2007WFPb on my desk at work and the brightness of the D620 is much less than the monitor. The only screen complaint is that the ambient light sensor chooses a dimmer setting than I like most of the time if I turn it on.
