    My Dell rep quotes:

"We will no longer offer the Inspiron on the Business website. They will have a new name and should be released within a week or so."

Regardless of whether they are called Vostro or something entirely different, the rumors don't seem to be completely unfounded.

They may be rebranded Inspirons that are identical to the Home/Home Office offerings, but only time will tell...

That guy that works for Dell that is posting on the 1520/1720 thread said the business line Vostro is the same exact laptop as the 1520/1720 except it's all black in color.

    exe, yes that seems accurate.
I saw a dell flyer that came in today's mail at work saying that "july 10 will be a big day for small business. it's a day to see the first of many new ideas dell is introducing specifically to help small companies like your succeed. Visit www.dell.com/Webelieve on July 10 to learn how our innovation can help your business. And watch for your July Dell Small Business catalog in the coming weeks for exciting product news and special offers." One of the photos shows a laptop which looks just like an all-black 1520, so that's probably the Vostro. the brochure talked about some things they'll emphasize, such as choosing exactly which software is on the computer (which i read as bloatware control). So maybe this will come out July 10 or maybe it's a prelude for the originally rumored July 12 release date.
