    Hello all,

    I just got a new d630

    1. the keyboard has some flex to it, what bothers me, is that when I checked the one on the display it had no flex at all.

    2. the down key is making a click noise when pressed, all the other keys are alright .. what can it be ?

    3. I have an LPL screen and it seems to have a lot of light leakage, you can see clearly that the task bar is brighter than it should

    your opinions ?
    thanx
    Eli

You could ask for a refund.. however another option would be to simply ask for a new system exchange as a replacement. You are still within the 21 day return policy.

Mistakes sometimes happen in manufacturing, but that is no excuse for you to need to service your computer this quickly and/or accept anything less than a beatiful computer right out of the box.
