This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     New ESD 9/5 bumped to 9/10

    All you new 9/5 people... verify your ship date.

    Yesterday I was bumped from 8/28 to 9/5. I checked this morning and it's been moved from 9/5 to 9/10.

    And there was a thing on the website telling me yet again to confirm my order after the bump from 9/5 to 9/10, otherwise they will cancel it.

    So check your orders!!!!

    mine still says 9/5. i was PROMISED by a csr yesterday that it would definitely ship on that date, as the parts they've been waiting on are in now. i could have sworn they weren't allowed to assure of a ship date.

    csr's suck big time the only nice csr i've talked with actually gave me an order number for the compensation I was getting.

    Called 8-29-07, NEW ESD: 9-10-07

    Check on notebook stand & case ESD. Website now saying ESD on those is:
    OCTOBER 23, 2007!!!

    Also check on any accessories you've ordered! On phone now waiting for CS to find out what PROBLEM is with DELL--ay on accessories????? :mad: :mad: :mad:
