Hello Everyone,
I picked up the new Inspiron 13 at Walmart this morning. We needed a new laptop for the family, mostly email/web/music and storing, editing pictures. Seems to be a pretty solid machine and I want to like it, but I can't get the touch sensitive keys to do anything, a pretty blue border lights up, but nothing actually happens. No mute, volume up or down, no DVDs ejecting? What am I doing wrong?
Thanks for your help!

Possibly an issue with Vista. May not be setup properly.
Have you tried calling Dell? -
I found this on the Dell Support site, don't know if it will work or not.

Can you post some pictures? Haven't seen the Inspiron 13 yet. I am interested in this model for college soon.
Can you also tell me how thick it is in inches? -
Well, I just picked one up. Will post some pics and first impressions soon.
The screen is 7/26" thick. Thickest part of computer at the back is an inch.
Thinnest part at the front is 7/8" thick
