the xk 309 is the awesome LG panel. There's probably not too many other ones that can match it.

Well triggered pulled. Cant believe that I spent another 300 for a screen that I should have recieved anyways. Im just not interested in going through the hassle. Also I want to change sreens only once. My samsung screen was not horrible, but im hoping the LG will be sharp and clear

Dell sells them for $290 CAD + $15 shipping. You can buy them for $255 US on eBay plus $30 shipping. However there are also duties and brokerage fees :\ In the US I am not sure what Dell charges.

The LG is a huge difference. I was amazed after looking at the samsung for a month.

    Question:
I am thinking of getting another XPS M1530 and giving mine to my gf. If I get one with the WXGA screen, can I buy one of those WSXGA+ screens from ebay, and swap it myself?

Just to clarify, is the LG XK309 the older version of the newer LG DW306? Any diff?

Not sure what the A1 screen is? I can guarantee that that TL-B2 is the right screen. Click on the link in my sig and you'll see a pic of the back of my LG screen and that part number is on it.

Yes I think so as I have not seen anything in the manual to suggest they fit differently.

    I don't know?
