The 6400 is the business version here in the states. It's interesting how Dell Canada renames to confuse people.
-
in the uk its the 6400 too

I guess ppl in the States are special.
But then, I guess, we already knew that, didn't we?

Same deal for me...my laptop finally arrives tomorrow. Got similar specs just I think i paid more lol
T2500 Core Duo 2.0 GHZ
1 GB Ram - 533Mhz 2 Dimm - kinda screwed myself with that option
120GB HD 5400 rpm
256mb X1400 ATI Radeon
3 Years Complete Care
Carbon Fibre Quicksnap
XP Home
9 Cell Battery - 85Whr
Mine came to $1650
Ordered it Jul 31st..
Anyways Happy days thereafter tmro for both of us. -
Vince_00 the only reason that i can think of that yours would be a tad bit more expensive than mine would be the 3 years complete care while mine is only next business day and also the quicksnap although thats only $30
plus did u order off the website, the best is to call in and bargain with them -
Yea I ordered it over the phone...but the only thing I could bargain for was actually that quicksnap....which at the time was selling for $50 for some reason.
I remember seeing it offered with the online config for only 30...but that week they took the sale off...
But yea the complete care should come in handy for me cause I plan to give the laptop a pretty good use at home and abroad. -
Well I think I got a good deal, yes?
