    New M1330 Hardware Delay

    Dell Standard Order
    All Colors: No Delay
    Processors: No Delay
    OS: No Delay
    Std Display: No Delay
    Slim and Light LCD: 20 Days Delay
    Memory: No Delay
    Hard Drives: No Delay
    nVidia: No Delay
    Audigy: No Delay
    Finger Scanner: No Delay
    85Whr Lithium Ion Battery (9 cell): 1 days
    4 cell Primary Battery and 9 cell additional Lithium Ion Battery: 1 days
    9 cell Primary Battery and 9 cell additional Lithium Ion Battery:1 days
    Tuner: 45 days
    2.0 Webcam: Delay exists.. exact unknown

    *Compatibility Issue*
    People who have order with the T7700 are finding that dell is cancelling their orders. It is due to what we assume too much heat caused by the processor. Currently you cannot order the m1330 with the T7700

    Now I dont have the lcd upgrade and I just got off of the phone with dell telling me that there is a hardware delay with my order. Heres my specs if anyone wants to research it.

    I should get a phone call back tomorrow telling me what hardware is causing the delay.
    Dell never called!

    I think there's a couple of weeks delay in all parts and the display adds another couple of weeks on top of that. All this news about upcoming price drops on the higher end processors (25+%?) has me rethinking canceling. A lot could be different in two months.

    but mine m1330 doen't arrive till aug 27 ><" if thats the case i think i can price match like you said

    from what dell says on their website, if one item is 20 day delay, and the other is 5 days...your total delay is 20 days, not 25!
