    Dell Studio 1535 New Motherboard

I had some issues with my old mother board, it had some simple monitor backlight issue. But I found the motherboard was the issue and I've just replaced it.

The issue I'm having is the computer begins to start, but after the initial Dell loading screen it shows a quick bluescreen (1 second) then goes to some diagnostics menu. It tells me its failed to start properly and I'm wondering what I have to do. I basically plugged this new motherboard in but have yet to configure it in anyway..

Reinstall windows? I have tried to go through the ambiguous diagnostics menu (F12, F2) but I have had no luck. I am currently in a foreign country and I really need my computer. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

What diagnostic menu? Windows or your MB diagnostic menu?
If you replaced motherboard and have blue windows screen , yeah you probably should reinstall your windows. You can also see if everything is set to default in BIOS .
