K guys, I finally got it, with much help of course. I used ATI tools and the 101.29 drivers. Old I know but my 3dmark06 score went up 600 points (3735) at 1280 resolution. Thanks for all of your good Karma.

It's not the case that no one has made XP drivers for the 8600M GT that can be overclocked. However, it is the case that recently all the drivers have been locked in XP. As you'll notice I had to go back to 101.29 to be able to OC. I even tried the 101.53 drivers and still no go. Some have claimed that the 158.22 drivers were able to be overclocked, but I had no luck

    Vostro 1500, 8600m GT 256MB DDR2, Windows XP, 2GB DDR2 667MHz, 163.76 lv2g drivers, Undervolt CPU to 1.1875 @ 11x.

    Overclock - GPU: 590 Mem: 490 Temps: 60-62C

    3DMark06 ~ 4000

Wonder if Vista has some contribution to the 1520's lower result? It's not much of a delta but significant enough to make you wonder.

    Will post screenies this evening.
