    Tried this on my M1530, but installation did not happen since it said I already have the most recent drivers available.. lol!!!

    It installed on my Latitude, and the touchpad seems more responsive.

    Oh yeah, its working now.. and its pretty good :) ^ yeah you were right, the touchpad feels better now :)

    doesn't work with my mom's Inspiron laptop.

    EDIT: found out why. it uses a Synaptics touchpad driver (not the Alps touchpad kind) so I'll just have to look for an updated Synaptics touchpad driver at the Dell support site.

    Interesting they release a driver for a notebook they do not even sell. At least not yet, maybe it is coming. Or maybe the dev team doesn't even realize that Dell isn't selling this laptop but they will work on it anyhow. Wouldn't surprise me. :D
