My new XPS 1530 arrived yesterday, had a quick play with it last night and 1st impressions are it definately has the wow factor!

Bearing in mind I have read quite a few posts on here from people who have had to return their 1st laptop for one reason or another, I was just wondering what are the main things I should be checking or looking out for when giving it the once over?

    Cheers

    XPS 1530 OWNER :)

If you're happy with you machine, you shouldn't go looking for problems.

9 times out of 10, if you go looking for problems, you're going to find it, no matter what.

    Very true.

There's no "perfect notebook" out there. Just live with it and be happy. Don't go looking for problems, cause you'll always be able to find one.

Yeah ..just make sure you use it to it's potential..try all the options etc... before the return window expires so if there is any issues they can be sorted...you will love it ...very versatile...can't wait to hook it up to the big screen flatty via the hdmi...congrats....
