Although I ordered my e1505 5 days ago, I keep checking the Dell site to see what I might have missed out on (I know--not smart). Well, Dell is now offering two new features on their e1505. First (and most anticipated), you can order the e1505 with a 256MB ATI Mobility Radeon X1400 HyperMemory (a $179 option). Secondly, they are offering 667MHz SDRAM (in addition to the 553MHZ).

Actually, since I'm not a gamer, I doubt I would have spent the extra $175 or the ATI card, and probably not the extra $125 for the faster RAM (although I would have been more tempted than the graphics card).

I just wanted to let those of you who were waiting for the graphics card option on the e1505 to know it is now available (although it will probably delay shipping).

I don't see a video card option now either. I'm looking right at the 'configure your Dell' Form.

He could be talking about another country other than the USA. On some Dell sites, the x1400 is already out for the e1505, but the USA Dell site doesn't seem to have it yet.

I apologize to everyone because you are right that those changes aren't on their site, BUT I'm at least 90% sure that I didn't look at the e1705 instead of the e1505 because I went through that whole routine many times last week when deciding which to buy.

Not wanting to get anyone's hopes up, maybe Dell is getting ready to make such an announcement (it's really been expected) and were getting the website changes ready and it happened to post before they realized their mistake and removed it. Whatever, sorry again for getting some people's hopes up.
