Got my first laptop, an m1210.

First, it is brilliant, dont know what problem ppl have with the screen but mine is fantastic, very vibrant!!!

High pitched noise drove me crazy, BUT there are solutions. You can disable power saving on bluetooth. Or once i disable bluetooth in bios sound got lots less noticeable. Then i tweaked the power settings for wireless cards to low power saving and noise is completely gone.!!!

I have to test turning bluetooth back on...but for now i dont use bluetooth so all is good.

very happy with my purchase. I run 3 virtual pc's and it still flies.

i can't really fault anything on this laptop.
