I just looked into E-Series specs and I am impressed.

I need a new Laptop and almost decided about Precision m4300 but maybe it is worth waiting.

Question is. If the official date is June, does it mean that they will release it both in US and Europe at the same time, or will I have to wait (Ireland)? How did it look like with other models?

It should be either at the same time or within a couple of weeks. It really depends on part availability. Given the fiasco that occured with the m1330, I am pretty sure Dell will be vary careful in stagerring the release this time.
