Hi, I have just received my new Dell Inspiron Laptop and I have a few problems which I need help with, if anyone can advise I would be grateful?

    1) I cant get Skype to download - what do I need to do to do this?
    2) Dell recommend you update the computers BIOS and Drivers however there are many different things to download - how do I know which I need to download?

    Thanks

    1. Go to skype.com, download skype. Try with IE or Firefox, one should work. There is really nothing on laptop that would prevent you from getting skype.
    2. Go to support.dell.com, plug in your service tag and put in your OS info. Download appropriate drivers/bios updates.

Could you be more specific about your Skype problem? What exactly is happening when you try to download it? Are you getting an error message of some sort?
