    Newbie 1720 Inspiron Owner! Awesome site!

    :) I have a few questions and yes I have visited the FAQ and have used the search function. Great Stuff!!!!

    Two questions though:

    1) When playing TF2 my system runs very hot and crashes about 10-15 min into the game. Got a gaming fan pad but still a no go. ( www.geeks.com awesome place for these pads and cheap price).

    2). I have tried the new drivers for my Inspiron 1720 and does it actually make a huge difference? What , as of today, is the best driver for this machine???

    3) What other tweaks are out there for performance? Anything else out there I need to know about?

    This place is awesome, you guys are great, and thanks for all the tips!

    what are the temps when u game?for me the best drivers are 169.04 but they are not the latest. other than that u could turn off aero while gaming to save some ram or overclock the gpu
