i put out my request to have a replacement keyboard installed on my m1530 due to a broken shift key on saturday. i was promised next business day service, but now its wednesday and the tech still hasn't called me to make an appointment. this means that he'll be calling me on thursday to make an appointment on friday, which is 4 business days (not counting monday since it was memorial day)..
how is this next business day service?![]()

i have no idea but, i contacted dell... and scheduled a tech for tomorrow... they better make it.. or i'll be pissed! I called in to replace my charger for the second time, because it keeps dying. So the opperator decided to send me a new charger.. and rep[lace my mobo. I'm currently on the stupid work computer... i really need my m6300.

btw, i contacted them through dell chat support... and within 30 minutes i got a call to set up an appointment.
