    No Estimated Repair Date!

    Hey all, I've sent my dell sxps 1640 for repair which they had to replace the motherboard due to water leakage for a month now and after several calls all dell is able to say is they have ordered the part but are still waiting for it to arrive. I note that it generally only takes 10-14 days but come on, a month has pass now.

    The frustrating thing is that they can't give me an estimated date as to when the part will arrive! They were so keen on me paying for a repair but when it comes down to actually delivering they leave me in the dark. This is dell UK btw.
