    Hello

    Probably suffering from senior moments - but how do I get my shortcut keys on my Dell Inspiron 1721 - which I have just bought second hand. I can usually press CTRL + C etc to use copy etc but none of it is available on this computer.
    Need this facility so badly to do my Family Tree can anyone point me in the right direction? :mad:

    Ctrl + C (and similar functions) shouldn't need special software to work. Are you sure that the Ctrl key itself is working and that your application supports such functionality?
