I was connecting my XPS 1530 laptop to LG TV via S-Video port. I was able to see clear movie on TV screen but I could not hear sound. Although I was able hear the sound at my laptop speakers. How can I hear sound at TY?

you're not very knowledgeable about computer or av in general are you? S-Videos are for video signals only (up to 480i I think) and for audio, you need a RCA cable

Does your LG have HDMI by chance? If so, just do it that way, and everything will go over one cable.
