Hey guys, just wondering if my m1330 has no cpu whine in the beginning of usage, does this mean that there will be no whine.....forever?
Has anyone had the whine problem start randomly after having used the computer for a long time already?

Yes. I had the whine problem start randomly after having used the computer for a long time. So count your blessings! Problems with Dell usually appear after the 21 or 30 day window of return period. You will have to convince a lot it is their fault, incase you need a full refund minus restocking fees. (Dell's first line will be you are already out of 21 or 30 day return period and we can't replace or we can only provide a refurbished system or we will send a technician) Check my story here: http://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread.php?t=185999

Wow I just powered it on today for the first time......and I hear the whine already...
Should I ship it back to them to replace motherboard or just have a technician come to replace mobo with A04?
No whine at first power on = no whine forever?? (m1330)
