I have 2 problems I need to resolve with my studio 15 which needs tech support and I spent the last hour waiting and then talking with a support rep and not understanding anything she said. Problem 1, I want to transfer ownership from my mom who bought to myself. When I try to do it online i enter my country as Canada but when I go to enter my province, British Columbia, it's not listed though every territory and other province is. Just creates an error. Other problem is my keyboard, I've notice small scratches and smudges on my screen which is due to the board hitting the screen when it's closed. Anyways, is there a North American number available, even if you do have to pay for it?

Tried that number already twice. 3rd time I was able to understand them, got the transfer done and will take pictures of the screen to email them. Thanks.
