    Hi Board,

Just was buying an outlet dell mini & was going to check my account details for possible coupons etc., when I saw that someone called 'Chris' was logged in? [not my name] I immediately clicked on the 'not chris?' link as is second nature at University with people leaving themselves logged in.

I think I missed a trick there though as I should have checked who this Chris was. I was on my dell studio at home & mistakenly thought it might be the Chris Dell boss guy, but realised that's not likely.

So, I must have someone hacked into my computer & who was logged in to their Dell account, just as I went to mine? Has anyone else had a similar problem with another user logged into their account?

I will phone Dell & let them know times / dates etc., but was concerned...

Were you on your own computer? Stupid question, but if you were on a public machine this could happen.

The OP was on his own Dell Studio, at home.

I have spoken to tech support and they said that someone else must have been logged in at that time [yes, dell i know], but that it would be hard to find who it was etc.,

they must have a lot of Chris' as customers I suppose.
