    Not Speed Stepping?

    I have a T2500 and noticed that it doesn't seem to step like it did before the reformat. Occasionally I could right click> properties and it'd say 998mhz or 2ghz.

    Now, even at idle for periods it is always at a full 2.0. What happened.?
