    hey guys, apparently dell came buy today to bring my replacement laptop (xps 1530) but we werent notified. i was following the estimated delivery date on the dell website which went from
    8th of april
    14th of april
    9th of april
    17th of april
    29th of april
    29th of march
    2nd of april
    7th of april
    delivered

    there was no note left for us, saying that they attempted to deliver the laptop. i only discovered this by randomly checking the website to see how long my wait was.

    what happens now?? do they come back tomorrow?? this just adds to my bad experience with dell :(

    Dell themselves do not do the delivery.. They use DHL. Check your order status to get a DHL tracking number to see what the status is.

    I wasn't home for delivery of my m1530. Had to wait 4 excrutiating hours for it to return to the Purolator warehouse so I could go pick it up myself. Total pain in the butt.

    didnt know we had DHL here in aus :s

    when abouts is this tracking number again?? i see a bunch of numbers on the delivery status, but im not sure which ones for tracking :s

    Since your down under...I would just recommend giving Dell a quick call. They should be able to provide you a tracking # of some sort just based on your order # since I'm not sure what you guys do for delivery in Australia but I highly doubt it would be a Dell specific courier.

    i just got home and checked the delivery status now. everything has now changed back to "work in progress" but the dates are the same, except the last one which estimated 8th of april now

    just rang customer service, apparently they did try to deliver tomorrow, however they did not try to contact me, or leave a note. delivery has now been re arranged for this thursday...
