    Hi!

    I'm writing from Slovenia-Europe!
On 08.06.2004 I ordered my new Dell Precision M60!
I know that the notebook schould be delivered in 3 to 4 weeks and it was!
But it was just a litte bit dameged!
My dealer returned it back to US and today is 15.07.2004 and guess what:
I still don't have my notebook!

Since this is my first Dell computer I'm asking myself: "Is this the Quality of Dell computers? What are they doing throwing them into wall?"

Any other such experience with Dell?
Thank you for any help and comments!

    Bye
    Emanuel

    hi Emanuel,

I think this was more bac luck with the shipping and it probably got some rough treatment...did you find that broken off corner of the screen in the box? If not, then maybe Dell did actually ship it out in such a state, which would indicate terrible quality control! I've never such a bad experience as this with Dell though.
