    Notebook Sleeve/Case...

    Recently "for Christmas" I ordered my girlfriend a 1520 "alpine white", and the matching alpine white wireless mouse, and a white/green sleeve THIS ONE in particular.

    So as usual the accessories arrive before the computer it self, no big deal.

    The problem is that they have the sleeve listed as green/white, my gf was thinking, ok... white will match with the theme and green for her backpack...

    So we open it up and to our surprise... It isn't white/green, its "dove/tarragon", So.... dove = gray, tarragon will pass for green. On the website it is clearly white and not gray. I was very annoying by this and contacted them about it...

    I initially emailed them out it stating my concern/problem, that being they have it listed as "white/green", but its "gray/green" and we are not very happy with what we have received.

    Sheldon B. Contacts me the next day asking for my system ID "cant remember what they call it", but its only on the computers... so its irrelevant, my order number and customer id etc...

    I email him back with the order number and info he wanted...

    He email's me back telling me that the sleeve has been shipped....

    Needless to say he wasn't very helpful. I have yet to get another email from him "I contacted him one more time".

    "note" IT appears that they changed it to dove/tarragon now on the "more info" page, if you are in the configuration page of the notebook it says white/green.
