    i recently bought a dell inspiron 1545, everything has been running/working fine. but recently the little battery indicator has dissapeared from the notification area! i have looked at the setting but cant seem to find anything about the battery indicator! any help would be appreciated as i keep running the battery flat as i cant see what % of battery is left. please help

    In Windows Vista: If you right click the system tray, and then go to properties, then select the 'Notification Area' tab, and select it if selectable.
