    yay got my laptop!! :D haha but now i wanna know is........... how do i get my numbpad working with out holding on to the FN button =(

    You should have a "Fn Lock" key somewhere

    or doesnt the "Num Lk" key help you out there in the upper right

    Make sure the light on the icon with the lock and the number 9 (beside caps lock) is on when you press the Num Lk key.
