I downloaded rivatuner and it says the memory is at 900 Mhz and core is at 450. I thought its suppose to be 700 mem and 450 core?

I pushed the core up to 550mhz and still have the mem at the stock 900. I ended up getting 2400 in 3DMark2005. My defult was 2164. So seems like overclocking the 7400 gives some impressive results. I just don't no how far to push the memory. I might try 50mhz and leave it at that, I don't want to go to crazy. My goal is 2500 points.

You shouldn't have a "goal" 3DMark score; it's just a number. What you do is overclock both core and mem by 50mhz, download ATiTool, scan for artifacts (I leave for 10min), up both again by 10mhz, repeat. When you do see artifacts, drop the clockspeeds they are at by 10mhz, and test with ATiTool for about half an hour this time.
