    Hi Guys,

I'm pretty much at my wits end here. I bought a XPS M1710 about 1 1/2 month ago or so and one of the first problems i've gotten is the 7950GTX.

First off, getting a decent, stable driver for it is proving an increasingly wasted effort - the one on Dell's support site shows the same behavior as i'm getting now.

I'm running Vista Ultimate and have just recently blown away Dells overbloated install as it kept interferring with my Orcas installation.

I keep getting a flickering of about 2/3s down the screen, starting from right then going left. This happens for about 1/2 - 1 second. It happens whenever i maximinse an application window - not necessarily fullscreen only...

it's driving me absolutely nuts as it didn't happen with the "older" 7950GTX driver i used to have lying around (don't have it anymore and can't locate it).

So, my petition to you strapping fellows with the brains...where can i get a decent NVidia Go 7950GTX vista driver, preferably not the latest from Dell as that's obviously not working - not sure why i'm surprised...shocking support from Dell atm imho.
