I havent messed with it on my m1210, when I got my 7900gt a ways back, I had nothing but trouble with it. Check out the forums on NVnews.net You should find a ton of posts on the subject. After several weeks of trying to get it work right I just gave up, it just wasnt worth it to me, it ate up more cpu cycles, and the video quality was horrible, I'm sure its improved with time, My present video playback is more than good for me, so i havent given it a second thought. It might give you some improvemnet, but all in all it wouldnt be that much, probably not worth the cash they charge you for it.

No use. Save your money. Most of those so called amazing video decoders don’t add any noticeable quality improvements. They will perhaps let you change few video and audio settings, that’s all. I use Media Player Classic with FFDShow; it has plenty of options and the quality is good enough.

If they are still offering the free trial, they were doing that way back when I tried it, you could give it a go, just be warned that I had to resort to a clean windows install to get proper functionality back after my experiments with it, that was a long time ago though, back when the 7900gt launched, I'm sure things have improved quite a bit, but then again, ya never know. Unless your really unhappy with your playback now, I'd skip it.
