    is it possible to oc studio 1555 with setfsb ?

    you can overclock the gpu not sure with the cpu.

    So far I've not seen anyone overclock the mobility 45xx that comes in the Studio 1555. ATi Tool may have worked with the 34xx series, but it generally just causes issues with the 45xx.

    Overclocking the CPU can be done with some notebook manufacturers, but Dell have pretty much locked everything down on this notebook. Someone somewhere may have managed it, but I've not heard nor read about it if they have.
