    OK, there must be an application that turns off the LCD...

    Both the laptops I received from Dell turned off the LCD the instant the LCD was in the closed position. After reformatting the computer, neither laptop turns off the LCD when in the closed position. Anyone have any ideas what software Dell installs to make this happen?
