Hi, I'm looking to buy a Dell XPS Gen 2(I think it's the best right now, it is?).

It is easy to reinstall Windows on a notebook or we have to deal with special drivers and stuff ? Could there be any problems?

Also what I do if there is 1 dead pixel on the screen, can I return it to Dell for free and get a new one quickly?

Yes, if you mean reformating, you will have to deal with drivers. The only problem I could see is if the XPS2 comes with Dell Media Direct (pretty much their version of HP Quickplay), and that may or may not be a problem but I think I've heard something about Quickplay issues when reformating. Other than that, I don't think so.
