This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     I don't think my online updates the thing.. or maybe it does. I go through the phone and tried putting my purchase ID # in this time and everything said preproduction. With the order #, I'm stuck in 'build'. Either way, it's bad news. I think a little part of me dies each time I hear the news that operating lady tells me.

    Phone is the only way to go. Online only has "In Production," and "Shipped."

    Ya one thing I dislike is the fact that when you check your status on the dell site, they fail to tell you if your item is in a build or testing stage. I check on the phone.
