Ok after MUCH debate I have decided to go ahead and order one of the Studio's but I can't figure out which one.. I was going to wait on the Montevina but I just don't think I will NEED what it offers no more than what I will be doing with it..I need help deciding which is the better deal...I will be using the laptop 90% at home and will only be using it outside the home when we go on vacations (maybe 2-3 times a year) but I am so undecided..I have an almost new (maybe a year and a half) desktop and we use that for most things..My main reason for wanting the laptop is for when we travel (which isn't often, but will still come in handy)..And the occasional times my 14 year old son is on the computer and I NEED to get on and can't because he is :p ..we will mainly watch a movie or web surf , nothing major for sure..I like them both, and I like the number thing being on the 17" but What do y'all recommend?? I have never owned a laptop so this is new to me..Thanks a bunch

The 15" will be noticably lighter and more portable than the 17". If you'll be stationary most the time, then get the 17". If you'll be moving/using the laptop for more than an 2 hours or so on battery, get the 15".

If you're watching movies, personally I'd recommend the 17" with a high contrast screen. Movies are best in good size and color :)
