Which number gives me the best odds of someone competent...
Should I just call the order status line and wait to talk to a real person...
Or is there an easier way to talk to a real human about my still-in-production-with-less-that-three-days-until-the-ESD order?

Plus, to the people who have dealt with dell customer service on this sort of thing, what are good questions to ask / what's a good way to come out of this call ahead of where I came in/
