It started few days back. The segate HDD on my dell laptop showed sign of crashing all of a sudden. So i bought a new WD HDD and replaced it. Installed the fresh copy of OS and worked for some days perfectly.

After some time i tried to play games on the laptop which i have already completed before the HDD replacement. And they ran horibly. Just after 10 min the fps dropped to 8-10. I tried some old steps to install video drivers again.
Uninstalled Nvidia Phyx in normal mode.
Uninstalled ATI Mobility Radeon™ HD 5470 driver in normal mode.
System restarted. Entered safe mode and using Driver sweeper 3.2.0, analyzed and cleaned both Nvidia Phyx and ATI Display drivers.
    Ran CCleaner in safe mode.
    System restart to normal mode.

But as the system restart, it directly when to blue screen, showing all kind of different error.
    1. usbehci.sys
    2. page fault in non page area
    3. atiXXXX etc
    4. Usbxxx

And this happened everytime i use the driver sweeper and clear the ATI driver and nvidia physx from safe mode. Then as i have replaced the HDD, so do not have the factory settings in my new HDD, so have to recover my laptop using restore point or win 7 dvd.

I used the dell support center application to test the laptop component and no error is received.

I really don't want to reinstall win 7 again , last time it took almost 2-3 hours to install OS and install any developers apps.

    1. Is there any way to go back to factory settings.
    2. Any way i can install video driver from fresh

    Thanks

Have you tested RAM for errors?

Yes, memory diagnostics and Dell support center application did not showed any error.

The blue screen occur when in safe mode, I use Driver sweeper to clean Nvidia Phyx and ATI Display drivers.

finally the laptop seems ok. I have uninstalled all video driver in normal mode, from device manager and using driver sweeper. All in normal mode and restarted the laptop. It showed all the driver were uninstalled and then installed the new one.
The game performance improved a lot. and not much fps drop.

Not sure what driver sweeper is doing in safe mode. So left that part, things are fine now.
